Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and packing slip, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Package Your Socks
Place the unwashed or defective socks in a secure mailer, include the packing slip, and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement pair within 5-7 business days.
